December 29th, 2008 as approved by the Administration of Industry of Commerce
of Guangdong Province, the name of our company has been changed from China
National Aero-Technology Imp. & Exp. Guangzhou Corp. (hereafter referred to
as “the former company”) to China National Aero-Technology Guangzhou Company Limited.
All the credits and debts of the former company shall remain to be those of
China National Aero-Technology Guangzhou Company Limited. Our business
operation shall not be affected by the change of the company name.
